I'm not surprised at all, but then again maybe the NCAA is reading too much into this... I'm not really decided on which side of the fence i sit. On the one hand, there has to be rules and discipline, but on the other hand this is getting a little crazy considering the fact that all the money is brought in by the athletes. Let's face it, Bama fans love Saban but they wouldn't pay to come see him in a chess match against Urban Meyer. They come to see the athletes. That being said, I will quit watching college sports if they pay them one penny. They already get grades and tuition free.
