After a great season-opening weekend, the Southeastern Conference baseball teams put together an even better mid-week performance in the first full week of the season.

Highlighted by Mississippi State's come-from-behind 5-6 win over UAB, SEC baseball teams put together a perfect 6-0 record in its midweek games.

The Bulldogs won their Tuesday contest against the Blazers courtesy of a towering, walk-off homerun by first baseman Connor Powers.

Ole Miss and Vanderbilt recorded 3-2 and 2-1 wins over Arkansas State and Austin Peay State, respectively on Tuesday night.

LSU also managed to record a 2-1 eighth-inning come-from-behind win over McNeese State to remain perfect at 4-0 and retain the nation's top ranking.

Florida survived a late rally by UCF to win 7-6 and Georgia blasted Presbyterian 11-3 on Wednesday night.

Kentucky's game against Murray State on Wednesday night was postponed until March 15 due to inclement weather.
