With the second weekend of SEC baseball in the books, SEC Sports Hub stops to take a look at the weekend results in the SEC.

Six SEC teams won their three-game series, and all six series wins were sweeps for the Southeastern Conference. Both Auburn and Vanderbilt managed to win two of three games in tournament format.

Florida's three-game series against LaSalle was postponed due to weather conditions restricting travel in the Northeast.

South Carolina and Tennessee both lost their series two games to one, while Mississippi State was swept by Southeastern Louisiana in their three-game series.

No. 1 LSU (7-0), No. 7 Florida (5-0), No. 29 Kentucky (6-0) and Alabama (5-0) are the only remaining unbeaten teams in the SEC.

Here is a complete look at the SEC baseball weekend action:

Not a terrible weekend, but the conference has seen better. My thoughts:

1) Alabama is playing really well. 25-1 in the second game of the series? That's saying something right there.

2) Arkansas and LSU both swept their series, and they were expected to do so. LSU's pitching staff in looking good despite missing some key members, and I heard Dave Van Horn on the radio today say that he thought his team this year is better than last year. They look like it right now.

3) I hate that Florida has their series postponed, but they probably would have picked up 3 easy wins.

4) Vandy and Auburn are both playing good right now, and did well in their tournaments. I was really glad to see Vandy go out and beat USC.

5) What the heck is happening to MSU and South Carolina?

South Carolina looks pretty good this year, they were very competitive with #21 East Carolina. Don't sell them short, they've got a good club, they just met a very good team this week and the bats weren't quite hot enough.

Also, Florida has a huge week coming up. We play #3 FSU tomorrow night in the Yankee's stadium before traveling to #10 Miami for a weekend series.

This upcoming week is going to be great for the Gators. Any televised games?

The game tomorrow night is going to be televised on COX, whatever the hell that means. The Sunday series finale against Miami will be on FS-Florida.

Don't get either. Keep us posted on how the Gators do.

Yeah I fixed it on the article already, but forgot to edit the thread title. BTW, Florida got killed by FSU tonight. We gave up seven runs in the first inning and were down 10-1 heading into the top of the 9th. We've pulled it back to 10-5 with the bases loaded and two outs. This would be an absolutely unreal comeback if we pulled it off.

Big innings like that will kill you. Usually the 1st inning is the toughest to get out of if the wheels start falling off. Great run at them late in the game, though. Maybe that positive momentum will carry over in to the rest of the series.
