The Ole Miss Rebels football team picked up three talented verbal commitments for the 2010 recruiting class over the weekend, bringing the total number of commitments to 14.
4-star defensive end Wayne Dorsey, 3-star offensive lineman Terrence Hackney and 3-star wide receiver Quadarius Mideles all committed to head coach Houston Nutt over the weekend.
Dorsey is a 6-foot-8, 255-pound defensive end prospect from Gulf Coast Community College. He plans to enroll at Ole Miss for the spring semester and should compete for immediate playing time next year on a line that loses several key starters.
Hackney is a 6-foot-7, 320-pound offensive lineman from Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham, Virginia. He is expected to play offensive tackle at Ole Miss and is the former teammate of current Ole Miss offensive lineman Bobby Massie.
Finally, Mideles is a 5-foot-11, 175-pound wide receiver prospect from Delray Beach, Florida. He boasts outstanding speed, clocked at 4.35 seconds in the 40-yard dash. He is also expected to enroll at Ole Miss for the spring semester.
According to the Rivals recruiting service, the commitments give the Rebels three 4-star prospects and 11 3-star prospects. |
